Select the product(s) you wish to buy within the store. You can use 'Add to Cart' if you want to buy a number of products, 'Buy it Now' will take you straight to the checkout page.
If you wish to see details of an indivdual item, click on the name, the picture, or the 'Info' button.

When looking at a product in detail you also have the choice of 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy it Now'. At any time you can click on the 'View Shopping Cart' icon to adjust your order or go to the checkout. |
| The start of the checkout shows you your order details to date. You can adjust your order if required. If you have any special delivery instructions or other comments you can add them here. When you are satisified your order is correct click on the 'Final Checkout' button. |

The next page requires you to supply your address details. If you have shopped with Hobby Heroes before, you can use the 'Login' button, and the system will remember your details. If not, you must supply all the information highlighted with an arrow, the other fields are optional.
Please be especially careful with your e-mail address as this will be used to send an order confirmation.
If you wish to ship to a different address than the billing address, there is an option to add this information, otherwise click the 'Continue' button.

| The next page shows you the shipping costs. You can choose between store pickup from our shop in Brookvale, or postage via Australia Post. If you have special shipping requirements please select store pickup and continue anyway, you can allow for this later. |

A final order summary screen is shown. You should review all details for correctness, then click Continue. |
| The final checkout screen shows the payment options. You can pay now either through Paypal or a secure credit card payment link. If you do not wish to pay online, or have special order requirements (e.g. purchasing fuel, insureance, overseas shipment etc.), please select the 'Other Payment Options' button and then contact us by phone to discuss your order. Click complete and your order will be placed. If you are paying by Paypal you will be passed to the Paypal site. Whichever payment option you choose, an e-mail recording your order will be sent to the address you specified. |

At any time you can return to your 'My Account' page (under 'Hobby Shop' on the main menu) to view the progress of your orders. If you had originally selected the 'Other Payment Options' method of payment you can also use the 'Pay Now' button on this screen to pay though the PayPal system. |
