Hobby Heroes' standard shipping supplier is Transdirect couriers. Estimated shipping costs are based on the table below. Once you have completed the shipping address stage of the checkout process the final cost of the order including shipping will be confirmed.

Returns Items can only be returned if there is a fault and if the aircraft has not been flown. Before you return an item please contact us at info@hobbyheroes.com.au outlining your problem. We'll make every effort to help remedy the issue. If indeed there is a fault the product must be returned at the customer's cost. We will cover the re-return costs and the repair or replacement of the items.
